Frequently asked questions
- For private residences, basic chemicals to adjust chlorine, pH and alkalinity are included. Any other necessary chemicals are sold on an as needed basis.
- For HOA pools we formulate a chemical subscription based on the gallonage of your pool. This subscription covers all the necessary chemicals used for the entirety of the season and is billed in May.
- For private residences we collect a credit card on file and your services will be billed and payments processed on or around the 1st of each calendar month.
- For HOA pools, your total contract rate including opening, closing, and weekly services are added together and then divided into six installment payments that are billed from April through September. The first installment in April is considered a deposit toward the season
- Metro Pools determines service routing on a week by week basis. Our techs begin their day at 7 am or earlier, and most services are complete in the early afternoon. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control can change the routing for the day, but we have a large trained staff who step in for each other when needed.
- Metro Pools reserves weekends for properties with 6 and 7 day contracts. We find that most community pools get very busy early on during the weekends, and we can most effectively spend the most time cleaning your pools Monday through Friday. Weekends services can be negotiated when absolutely needed at a premium rate.
- Metro Pools staff include cleaning technicians as well as repair technicians who are able to diagnose and fix equipment. We work closely with most major manufacturers to be able to provide full service as needed. We also sell new equipment when needed and provide regular preventative maintenance and repair proposals to the client.
- Metro Pools uses industry leading software to document all areas of service, including chemical testing. This software requires real time photo documentation of the service performed and is emailed to each client following their service. This provides peace of mind knowing that your pool is being cared for during each service.
- Yes, reach out to us any time for any service or repair need.
